Glossary - Normalised EBITDA

Description

An adjusted measure of a business's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation, which removes one-off items, owner benefits, or non-recurring costs to reflect what the underlying profitability of the business would look like under normal operating conditions. Used as the basis for valuation in most business sales.
